November and December of 2006 proved to be a record year for Striper around the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel and Ocean from Cape Henry to Corolla, NC.
Here, one of our guests got his first taste of Striper Action, so it was real blast for ReelTime to be able to put him of fish quickly and watch the adrenalin Rush:

This particular trip we fished Cape Henry to the 4A. Thanks to ReelTime's large live well and the crewe's careful handling to fish, we traded up in size and threw back bay slot fish as we moved of to the Ocean .
With clear winter days like this and the water temperature around 51 degrees, it made for an productive, enjoyable day on the water. Trolling produces outstanding results and we use often use chartruse and white mojo's on wireline to catch Rock like the one shown below. Our "way back" lures are often a chartruse Tomic out one side and Cripple Aliwiese Spoon on the other.
To cash in on the action, we run 5 to 7 lines and when the action is Hot, it's not uncommon to experience a Chinese Fire Drill, which adds to the exitement. In cases like this, it's fun for the crew and guest to work together to net fish, bring the on deck and get them back in the water for another round!

The ReelTime crew enjoys sharing their knowledge and experience with their guests and always working hard to put you on fish!

With this, it's alwatys good to share a few fish stories and techniques for rigging and methods for working variours spreads...
Below, out guest picked up another nice one:

During the Late fall season, as midday sets inm we often work mid depths of the water column. The fish below was picked up on a Chartruse Cripple Aliweise Spoon running with an inline 8oz weight:

Overall, these trips prove enjoyeable for crew and guests and they were rewarded with a nice catch for the Holiday Tablefare:
