Flounder fishing in the lower bay is heating up and we continue to boat some nice keepers at 18.5+ inches.   We are catching many over the limit and many throwbacks as well.    The Flounder shown below from our Saturday trip was typical of the day and measured at 21 inches...

We've had good luck floating live bait using several successful techniques. Expect the Flounder action to pick up well into late August and September
