Hey Fletcher,
I would like to thank you and Carl for the great time John & I had. Though the fish hadn’t cooperated the way we had hoped, you guys really went the extra mile in every effort to put us on some fish. For that I am really thankful. Your boat was equipped quite nicely and the fishing gear you provided on our outing was fantastic. I especially enjoyed fattening up the 9 pound Togs in the Bay. It was really humbling to get my butt handed to me by such a wary prey. I look forward to doing it again. Maybe this time they (the Tog) will have fed on someone else’s misfortunes and they might be 20 pounders when we return to try it again. I believe I would like to try it later in the season when the waters warm up a bit more and the fish might be more receptive to being caught by us. I am open to suggestion and would go by whatever you guys recommend to us.
You and Carl are top notch in my book and are a first class operation. I think us Indiana boys will have to practice catching the soft biting type of fish some more or learn to set the hooks faster.

Thanks again for the great time, the memories and for the new friendships we gained.
I bid fair winds and following seas to both of you. May your lines be ever tight and your freezers always full.
Hope your wife has a wonderful birthday this upcoming weekend.

Hi John and Eric:
It's hard to believe that it's been two weeks since you guys were down fishing! The wife's birthday has spanned the last two weekends, which has been fun and a time the we use to see extended family.
Today, I put a trip report together and posted it to the website:
Thanks for chartering with us, as well as the kind words below. We all gave it our best. Somehow I find comfort in the fact that even the most seasoned, respected anglers in tidewater had similar luck as ours. That's no excuse, but things hopefully will pick up in a few weeks as the water temperature comes up and the inshore bait fish return!
If you guys want to target another time of year to visit, I would recommend late winter around mid January for an excellent chance at Trophy Striped Bass. Late fall is also a fun time, but the fish get bigger into the winter.
I can keep you in the loop on what's hot and when, as the season starts up. We'll be running some trophy red and black Drum trips in a couple of weeks.
Thank you again, God Bless and Best Regards,
